Another case of someone using their biases to make up fantasies in their head as if it were fact. He sees "Cesar" and automatically "Hispanic". And Democrat? Evidence please. Truth is, the last name Sayoc is most likely Filipino. And fact is, he's a registered Republican. But what the hell does that have to do with anything? Nothing. It just used to feed peoples bonehead myopic lazy fantasies about who the "enemy" is.
