I took MADM 701 with Heller, and it was an easy class: no final, no project, just weekly quizzes and writing. If you want to take an additional course, I would recommend ECON 705 with Shaugnessy. He is the best teacher I ever had in LSUS. Just be prepared to do a lot of Excel with graphs.

@ tank 13,
I had Choi and Shaughnessy; both classes are As, but you need to do your homework. Shaughnessy's tests are without Proctor so that you can get prepared before the test. Choi is using Proctor, but all the questions are from the homework, and you need to buy an old fashion calculator. I learned a lot from Shaughnessy; he is my favorite, and he always talks about food, which is a great strategy to connect students to the subject. Plus, you will learn more about Excel in his class.

@ MADM 701 with Kimberley Williams. Any suggestions?
The class was excellent, she is one of my favorite teachers.

@ Khan Peeps,
I also studied all week and felt like "I got it," but some questions were indeed absurd. I'm not sure if it's "his English way" and unnecessary wordiness or he just can't put words together to make it clear. Anyway, I am studying for this upcoming quiz and chapter exam and decided to take a different approach and change my strategy.
Does anyone have specific recommendations?

OMG. This is my last class, and I'm not sure if I actually will graduate.
Thank you for a thorough response. I do the same: read, listen to the lectures, take notes, and I got a first D in my life. I will try to change my strategy and spend less time with the textbook and more time with his lecture.
The paper for activity 2 is FUN! I'm answering question 3 and praying that five pages of single space will be enough. I wish I could find these people who receive 25 on his exams.
All the best!

I’m in MKT 701 with Khan and failed my test. Does anybody know how to study for his tests?
It is my last class, and I’m super frustrated. Spend tons of time to drill the book, but have a hard time to apply the information to the tests.
Any advice will be appreciated.

Thank you, thank you. I'm also sick of studying this week. I will take the test tomorrow, and before that, a tequila shot.
