Article is misleading. 57,000 will be discharged.
If the mortgages were filed with the clerk of court at least 10 years ago and said mortgages have not been reinscribed since, you can file a “request for cancellation” for each mortgage essentially making them null/void.

I’m not an attorney, but I have cancelled mortgages/judgments in the past before taking possession of properties via tax sale.

Soldier Salutes - Need Help

On May 31st, 2019 I had the pleasure of bringing a WWII veteran to the LSU vs Stony Brook game to be recognized during Soldier Salutes. His name is COL (Ret) Lacy Rogers.
Caught up in the moment of his excitement, I forgot to take pictures of him while being recognized on the field.
This may be a long shot but if anyone here has pictures from that day I’d love to have them.
Following the Soldier Salutes event, I reached out to LSU Marketing & Promotions personnel who were unable to find pictures. I plan to reach out to them again on Monday to give it another shot.

Not sure about the heads but my dad always used the scales for his garden.
