This is an older thread, but in case someone, like me, happens upon this link looking for the ANSWER, I have it. Allow the "Approximately 10 minutes" progress bar go to the end,once it comes to the end of its progress press and HOLD the Home button on your FireStick remote. Easy Peasy, worked the first time, every time.
