I also have a WSM. Hard to beat the quality for the price. Use the minion method for your coals and it will hold temp for hours. You can also buy an extra grate and stack (upside down) on the top rack for extra cooking surface.

Yes, it says Mississippi roast. But if you try this roast recipe, you will never try a different one again.

Crockpot Roast w/ sliced avocado as the side.
Dayum, baw; now I am hungry. I do work near this place and haven't tried it yet. IWEI!
It's the Mosaic Hops. 7/5 Ghost also has the heavy onion flavor.

I believe you are correct. Will soon be shelf turds. I hope I can buy this whenever I want and won't have to call around and check multiple websites for availability.
None at Dorignacs or Rouses near causeway and vets

I'm not a fan of NOFS but I will say this:

If they still make that smothered rabbit lunch on Thursdays, that shite is worth trying if you have never had it. It used to sell out by 1:00pm. Not sure if thy still do it or what the quality is like now. I haven't had that in about 8 years and it was at the Harvey location.

Great roast beef poboy. Good poboys in general. There is nothing fancy about R&Os which is why I like it. Decent food and service and the place is fairly kid friendly. I guess it depends on what you are looking for.

Deanies around the corner has a better seafood platter if that's what you want but I think overall R&Os is better for me.
Bought a duplex in Lakeview in 2008 with a friend. I was 26 and didn't have enough cash to purchase alone. Tried to convince my dad to go in with me on several properties in lakeview before that, no luck. We would have been able to buy 3 properties in 2006 vs the amount I paid in 2008.

In 2013, I bought my friends interest in the duplex, financed the buyout, and my note dropped because the interest rate went from 6% to 3.5%.

Now, I have a cash cow in lakeview. The purchase price + buyout $ is about the current lot value.
My mistake, it was $525. The other $200 was in ammo.
Glock 19 gen 4. Got mine for about $725 at a gun show last year. You will not be disappointed.
I wasn't sure about buying a nice pair of Rx sunglasses so I took a chance and got some on zenni optical's website. Very pleased with the quality of the frames and clarity of the polorized lens. When my script changes I'm not sure I'll go looking to spend $500 when I spent $50-$100 on these.
Loved the CItra. Wish it made way to NOLA more often.

Well they be #1 on my list until someone puts out a better deep dish pizza around here. And the quality is outstanding, hence the mention. For me, it's hard to chose a best with so many styles available.

Best NY Style Thin Crust:
Pizza Delicious in New Orleans
Pepperoni

Best Chicago Style Deep Dish:
That's Amore Pizzeria in Metairie
Supreme

Best Louisiana Style Specialty:
Katie's in Mid City New Orleans
"The Boudreaux"
Zimmer's has a phenomenal oyster poboy.

Good Times Sushi is solid also. BYOB to Good Times.
Celery salt, granulated garlic, and ground mustard can typically be found be in those seafood shop bags.
You can cut in half, slightly hollow, and fill with Italian sausage, panko, Parmesan and Roma tomato. Roast in oven. Google squash boats and there should be some recipes online. That shite is off the hook!

If you want it healthier, use ground turkey and add fenil to make it taste like Italian sausage.

Oven Roast the Hens with squash, zucchini, onion, mushroom, and carrots. I think it's one hour at 375. Season as you please.

Holly Roller is by far the best year round IPA available from LA.

I did say IPA, not APA.
