PPP Loan for less than $1K

Does anyone know of any lenders offering ppp loans for under $1,000?
I tried BlueVine, Paypal, Cross River but they will not lend out in amounts less than $1,000.
Since the SBA put out new guidance for sole proprietors, I am able to apply for a ppp using gross income which qualifies me for $600 but I cannot find a lender out there willing to offer a loan under 1k.
