Maybe this is what they were referring to...

Montgomery said, “You know, some weeks when we didn’t have to play the harder teams, there were some times when effort was not needed,” he said.

“But when we had the big boys coming in — the Bamas or the South Carolinas — I grabbed close to those guys and went all-out.”

"Of course, this is a new league, the NFL and there are no small teams, small divisions. It is all Alabamas and LSUs every week. It's definitely something I have to get adjusted to, but I'm sure with the right coaching I will be fine."

In the Advocate but also on Yahoo now.

Haha...true true.
"we couldn't get it lined up fast enough. You know, we knew we were gonna run outta time. That, that, that, was the issue. We probably had to call...we're trying to get the field goal team on....they were down there under....we could not have spiked it certainly"...

White Out Game

Les Miles has thrown his players and assistant coaches under the bus. His stupidity during the game was bad, but the way he handled himself after is what truely disgust me. I am a die hard LSU fan and I will always support my team. However, I would like to show the players my support while letting Miles and the administration know I hate him as a coach. So here is the idea:

A white out game. As in, I wish I could white out the remaining years and $18 million on Miles contract. I love LSU, love our players - HATE our coach. If you agree, wear white to the LSU Arky game.

In a situation like this I think it is always important to remember the words of a wise man:
"we couldn't get it lined up fast enough. You know, we knew we were gonna run outta time. That, that, that, was the issue. We probably had to call...we're trying to get the field goal team on....they were down there under....we could not have spiked it certainly"...
