Thanks. That's what I was thing of doing. Like an idiot, I let them do the remote log in. He tried to show me how my CPU was running at over 50-70%. Then I explained to him of course it is, there are 2 scans and your remote log on that's happening. Time to start over. ...

So my HP printer stoped working (print head error). The printer is less than 2 years old. I called the HP help desk.
