I got it off of the HP website and confirmed it via the HP support app that was downloaded with the printer driver.
Thanks. That's what I was thing of doing. Like an idiot, I let them do the remote log in. He tried to show me how my CPU was running at over 50-70%. Then I explained to him of course it is, there are 2 scans and your remote log on that's happening. Time to start over.

So my HP printer stoped working (print head error). The printer is less than 2 years old. I called the HP help desk. They remote logged into my computer(didn't like that part) and this "tech rep" promptly stateed that I have a run32dll.exe virus. He tried to sell me a "warranty". Of course I did not get it. I have run the Mcafee virus scan, MS defender scan and a Malwarebytes scan. All have come back negative. I'm pretty sure that he had no clue what's going on. I will be getting a new printer. Any suggestion on how to check if I actually have a virus?
