It’s because what the chairman said on live TV that idle teams can move up or down, along with the rest depending on how the games this week play out. They have given themselves an off-ramp that fits every scenario.
Hell of if I know, in my eyes he’s setting up an off ramp for just about every scenario that might happen across the board.

Be prepared for family and friends hitting you up randomly and expecting a place to stay with little to no notice. It’s amazing how many times their reservations got cancelled at the last second and have no other options. No cap!
