I actually am a current employee at alliantgroup and have been since I graduated LSU in 2014. I had read some of the same posts on glassdoor and can understand some of your concern but after coming in for the interview, I knew it was a place I could build a career at, and I couldn't have been more right! It is definitely a place that values commitment and energy and puts no limits on what you can do with your career. Additionally, the culture here cannot be matched. It is an awesome place to come to work everyday and alliantgroup does a great job setting up different activities and functions for the entire workplace. I highly recommend going through the interview process to see for yourself.
