Saban - he quit on the team at halftime when he said in the interview that the second half was up to the kids - he had shown them what to do, so, it was in their hands (he was too busy heading to the airport for Miami - he shouldn't have received a paycheck for that last month).

I think it's great . . . pay these guys based on what value they bring to the team . . there should not be a pecking order -- then it's up to them to produce or move on.
