Calling that assault is fricking stupid.
re: Saban says A&M pipes in noise to Kyle Field

A&M does not and has not ever piped in artificial crowd noise.
What A&M does, which no one else does, is get tens of thousands of people together at midnight before game days to engage in "yell practice".
The fact that Saban thinks it's artificial is a compliment to the 12th man. However, the more this guy runs his yapper, and the farther his coaching career recedes into memory, the less respect I have for him.

I think Texas' decade-long hissy fit when they refused to play us after we joined the SEC puts them over the top.

That's a lawsuit or prosecution (not sure which) waiting to happen for anti-competitive collusion. A pretty stupid thing to go public with.

CBK Terminated “Without Cause”?by lewis and herschel
LSU poors have royally fricked this up. I would say they are 90% likely to hire down now and they are headed to Nebraska status.
UT isn't playing A&M this week. Now reread the thread .
Then WTF is wrong with you? I'm listening.

What job would require that? Gay porn fluffer?
Why do you call A&M "Aggie"? Do you really expect people to believe you're an alumnus when you use dildospeak like that?
re: To stabilize the SEC

There used to be a gentleman's agreement to that effect in the SWC and later in the Big 12. After we left for the SEC, Texas seems to have abandoned it. And such a rule hasn't existed in the SEC as long as we've been a member.
I think formal non-poaching agreements would be struck down in court as monopolistic/anti-competitive. And we know that SEC teams don't honor gentlemen's agreements. So this is a non starter, sorry.

You benefited from weak B12 schedules for a decade, now you're on the other side of it. Suck it up.
At least you guys won it all before it flew apart.

LSU sent him some lower lump sum payments and he wants every single penny for not working and playing golf. So LSU has nothing to lose. Drag it out and let the courts make you pay it.
It’s just leverage to get a lower buyout amount.
Not to mention he could frick over some of his biggest rivals by stringing them along until the last minute.
quote:I don't think it's about arrogance. That's just his self image. He views himself as an offensive guru. That's what he sees as his core competency, and he doesn't want to give that up, especially if he intends to take an NFL OC job in the future.
If he's coming back I'd like to see if he could improve with an offensive coordinator and be an actual head coach for once, but he's way too arrogant for that.
I also think it has to do with the psychology of an alcoholic. If fundamentally you don't think you're good enough, then the last thing you want to do is risk giving up what you're good at.
If Sark is smart, he'll take an NFL job at the end of this year. The UTrans schedule gets a lot harder next year and for the next few years. That's only going to tarnish his resume, and the crybaby fanbase will run him out of town anyway.
The first 25 games under Dana X. Bible. Undefeated, 25 shutouts. Outscored opponents a total of 771 to 0 . :pimp:

What is this shite?
Is there a way to mute this noisemaker?
