Generally when i purchase something i expect to recieve that item. Not for them to try to give me something similar thats "almost" as good. We have been trying to work with them but it's been more bs. Just wanted to look into options if things do not get fixed. Not throwing a fit and crying about it.

Yea it is just a car and no that was never said to him so good try. Im just sick of shitty people like this guy trying to screw over good people.
Yep paperwork was completed and signed for loan. Wrote a check to put money down on it.
Sorry i didn't specify. Yes money was put down on a vehicle with VIN # and all.

OT lawyers my girlfriend purchased a car Monday after getting the run around at a dealership. The car was found at another dealership and swap was to be done. After filling out all the paper work and purchasing the car we were told it would be a day or two before it was in. They called yesterday and told her that it was sold and they could try to find her something else. My question is legally can anything be done? And question two is what would the OT do? Continue to deal with them or tell them to screw themselves.
