re: Eliminate all BS games and expand the playoffs

Here's my idea...be easy guys, it's just an idea...
First of all, bye bye NCAA. None of this will work under the NCAA's principles.
Second, all major schools join 4/5/6 major conferences in a new collegiate football association. (This association can be headed by Mark Cuban or Donald Trump or someone else of this caliber.)
Third, each team plays every other team in their conference (6-8 games) PLUS they reserve the option to play ONE out of conference game (if you want to play Louisiana Tech, be my guest. I'd rather play another big name school in this system).
Fourth, a single elimination "Playoff" will be held consisting of 16 teams. (this will not lengthen the schedule because you only play 6-8 conference game PLUS the option of 1 out of conference game).
Fifth, the "Playoff" seeding will be assigned based on a hybrid of the BCS (computers) and a single Coaching Poll, that's it.
Sixth, the lower-tier bowl games are just that now, consolation games. (the teams that make a lower-tier bowl game receive less practice time than the teams that made it to the big show).
Seventh, beginning in the playoffs, players on the official roster of the teams that make the playoffs receive a percentage (lower than 10%) of the ticket sells divided evenly among themselves for each game as long as they are still in the playoff. (The players make more money if they reach the championship game rather than if they are eliminated in the first round).
Eighth, the best team wins. GO!

I think they have been practicing in the Texans indoor facility. Don't think its open to the public.
