1. He recognizes the importance of hiring the best position coaches/coordinators; not just those he is familiar with
2. He lets that staff (for the most part) do their job b/c he recognizes that they are very good (i.e. Smart) and that they bring something to the game that he does not excel at (i.e. Kiffin, Cristobal)
How long did it take to fire Studrawa? Why the f*ck did he bring back Peveto? And by the way, Ensminger is still on the LSU staff. It's not a crime to admit your mistakes and correct them Les!
It's not just that LSU loses a few every year, it's how bad they play in the games they lose. I'll accept stubborn coaching if you have won 2 or 3 national titles, but when you get your a** handed to you by the conferences' elite, multiples years in a row, IDENTIFY AND FIX THE FUC*KING PROBLEM! He could lose to Alabama 99 times out of 100, but would feel totally justified with that one win. That's not leadership, that's being stubborn for the sake of being stubborn!

First post and still pissed nearly a week later. Harris hitting that dump pass certainly would have given them a chance, but he also had pressure coming off that right side. O-line played poor, but Harris definitely did not handle the pressure well at all. 1st play of the 2nd half, on that pic, 7 was wide open and Harris never saw him. Hated the offensive game plan, but that kind of sh*t makes me wonder if Harris simply didn't find the open receivers, and simply kept his eyes locked on the deep man. The way Alabama's safeties were crashing down makes me wonder if our NFL experienced OC called some workable plays but Harris simply didn't locate them. Anybody know of a way to watch an endzone cut of the film?
