There are only two actresses that can pull off being the lead or near lead in a superhero movie and have me buy it. One was already in a superhero movie this year and the other is already in this movie.

Wolverine is the most interesting and easy to relate character for non comic readers. Jackman has been awesome in him. Even then, Erik and Charles were the main catalysts for 4 of the 5 X-Men movies to date. Wolverine was the audience surrogate in the first 3 movies and was in First Class for 10 seconds.

This comic book reader bitching and moaning about Wolverine being the focal point of these movies is not only factual inaccurate, but pretty sad.

Staying in Buffalo. Whoever decides to move a team to LA is gonna rake in a ton of cash off of it. Take a team like the Bills, Rams or Jags (among the leagues least valuable teams) and put them in a shiny new LA stadium with that market and the increase in value would be crazy. The owners wouldn't vote for it. They need LA to stay open so they have leverage in negotiations for stadium funding. The media is the one driving the whole NFL to LA craze. Let's be honest, the NFL would do well there for the first 5 years or so, but then what? If you aren't constant 12 game winner out there, they'll abandon you. They turned on the Dodgers for the longest. Hell the Lakers are having trouble putting asses in the seats. The damn Lakers. And before someone pulls out the "official" attendance numbers, save it. Huge difference between tickets sold (which is what "official" numbers are) and actual people in attendance.
