Give corporate tax breaks to companies that increase non-CEO pay. This may exist already, not sure.

Depends where I am and what kind of family I have. As of now, in the same cemetary as my grandparents and cousins right off of Congress Street in Lafayette, LA.

I spent about a week in tokyo last fall. Akasaka Mitsaku was my favorite area. Find the tokyo hooters, it's right near there. This is the best area at night IMO, great restaurants, bars, karaoke bars, etc. It's between the hooters and roppongi hills which is another cool area. Other than going to a few shrines, the touristy thing to do in tokyo is go to the fish market. If you get a chance try the fugu, cooked or raw it's a japanese delecacy.
