best cell phone service for new orleans?

I've had it with Sprint and am going to switch services. Anyone have any suggestions as to the best plan/service with the best signal in New Orleans? Also, is it possible to switch providers but keep your same phone number?

Where do I find this on my registration? I purchased the vehicle in 2013. Is this the "Lic fee" in he "tax and fee information" box?

we've tried to find the wires but can't...regardless, you guys are missing my question - if we've pulled the fuse so that when we try to manually honk it won't honk, is there any way it can still honk even though the horn relay fuse is pulled?

we pulled the fuse for the horn relay, or what we think is the fuse for the horn relay because once we pulled it, we can no longer manually honk the horn. Once this fuse is pulled, we should be fine, correct?

Car horn won't stop honking. It goes off and on sporadically about every 5 or so minutes. It's been doing this for about an hour. I pulled the fuse, and the fuse was the correct one as when I press on the horn it won't make a sound. It's been quiet for the past hour but I thought I heard a small honk from it. Is that possible? If the fuse for the horn is pulled, and the actual horn doesn't work, how then can it make a sound? Any thoughts?

ETA: have already had 2 neighbors curse at me... any help is appreciated

What do I need to know about this before looking into this further? Any heads up that I should keep in mind as I look into this? Wife is due in March and I want to do something to ease the strain (as much as possible) for down the road.

Anyone on this board have any thoughts or suggestions? FYI, my background is in accounting, but I'm not a CPA. However, I did sleep at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
