I have no experience with Adam Campo, Hager or any other flat fee brokerage. However, I did use Paige Knobles Properties to list my property. I purchase property to flip. I was losing money on my flip and could not afford the usual 6% so I contacted Paige Knobles Properties from an email I recieved.

I was impressed at how knowledgeable and friendly she was. I also thought she was a newbie because of her age, but she has been in real estate for 8 years. I initially wanted to sign up for her $149 package, but opted for the full service. I did not have time to deal with the property any more. She did open houses, flyers, lockbox, scheduling, and is a real bulldog at negotiating for her clients all for 1%. It was too good of a steal to pass up.

Long story short she got the price I wanted and has listed all of my flips ever since. I also recommended her to two friends, they too recommended her to some friends. One friend did the $149 package. He said she sold the house in a week, and there were no hidden fees. She also gave him free advice to get the price he wanted. :geauxtigers:
