re: April 23rd Good Luck on Finals Blue Angels flyover

It seems like a short and quick event unless by the way it's written, so it may not be all that spectacular of a full air show, but still cool nonetheless.

April 23rd Good Luck on Finals Blue Angels flyover

I didn't see this anywhere else, but on the 23rd of April the Blue Angels with Auburn grad 10' CDR Lily Montana is doing a flyover of Cater Lawn for a good luck on finals if you are in the area.

I know we have a great defense, but should we concerned about the amount of interceptions? Possibly I would say, but not definitively

Opposing band lately have started not going down to the field as often as it is too much of a hassle to get down and back for halftime. So I'm guessing they will have some changes to field access all around with this expansion

So I think the outside terrace isn't ground level with the field there so there is space left for an underground parking lot perhaps.

Connecting the upper decks is going to be great and those concessions and restrooms were much needed. It looks like the outside the stadium terrace has an underground reserved, where I guess the opposing team enters

I have no worries with that as Auburn specializes in that with Agriculture Turfgrass Management

Pretty awesome we are doing this. Should be a big revenue item for the AD.
This is what he was talking about after losing the home game for baylor plus that country concert I guess, but still not ideal to lose that game to Atlanta. Having this in June when the students are not all there would be great for the local businesses

My question on these designs, currently that's right where the opposing team enters the stadium, there's a descent down to a parking lot where there is the metal structure holding up the North end zone and the opposing team locker. So where in the world will that be now? I'm assuming they plan to fill in that parking lot and build on top of it, but it's not clear where their buses and locker room would be here.

Gymnastics Leadership Change - Jeff Graba out
Posted by TemperdTiger on 4/6/26 at 2:03 pm
"Auburn Athletics and Gymnastics Head Coach Jeff Graba have mutually agreed to part ways after 16 seasons.
Auburn's search for a new Head Coach will begin immediately.
Statement from Auburn Athletics Director John Cohen
“We thank Coach Graba for his leadership over the past 16 seasons and wish him the best moving forward. Jeff oversaw a period of significant growth in all areas of the gymnastics program while developing outstanding Auburn women.”
He was 5-22 overall and 0-8 in the SEC this year.
He had a good run, but we can do better, when Suni Lee was in her prime it was a fantastic atmosphere.
Auburntigers.com
"Graba led the Tigers to 14 regional appearances and three NCAA Championship appearances. He led the program to the Final Four in 2022 and the Super Six in 2015.
“I want to thank Auburn University for taking a chance on me 16 years ago,” Graba said. “Being at the helm of this program has been an honor and it has been a privilege to coach this team. I am proud of the opportunity our coaching staff has had to help our student-athletes achieve their goals and dreams – whether it be competing in the Olympics, or for an SEC or National Championship. Thank you Auburn for welcoming the Graba family and giving Bridget and me the chance to raise our family here in Auburn – including two daughters receiving Auburn University degrees.”
Overall, Graba’s athletes combined for 37 All-America honors and 45 All-SEC recognitions, including Olympic gold medalist Sunisa Lee with a program-best 10 All-America nods. Graba also had two athletes earn individual national championships and two SEC individual titles.
Graba was named Southeastern Coach of the Year in 2014 and 2015 and SEC co-Coach of the Year in 2012.
