Byrd IS A LOSER! He is just cashing the checks and not worried about playing BUT the Saints have themselves to blame. Who the hell gives a Safety all that money??? Unless you are Ronnie Lott, John Lynch, or Steve Atwater you never pay a Safety that much. Safeties as long as they can tackle and cover a #4 receiver they are good to go. The Saints messed up big time giving that dude a huge contract!
