Former Tennessee quarterback Jake Merklinger has reportedly committed to UConn out of the transfer portal.
The former four-star recruit from Savannah, Ga., appeared in two games in 2024 and four games this past season.
Merklinger competed for the starting job this past offseason but ultimately lost the role to transfer Joey Aguilar.
