Texas fans weren't exactly thrilled with the Longhorns' offense vs. UTEP on Saturday, led by quarterback Arch Manning.

The Longhorns were 40-point favorites, but won 27-10, behind a lackluster passing attack by Manning, who was 11-for-25 for 114 yards with one touchdown and one interception.

Manning also rushed for 51 yards and two touchdowns.

After the game, Manning spoke with reporters and admitted he needs to play better. Per ESPN:

Manning and the vaunted Texas offense were booed loudly by the crowd at DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium at one point Saturday during the first half. Despite the Longhorns' victory, Manning admitted that his play must improve.

"I've got to play better," Manning said. "A lot of quarterbacks -- a lot of players -- want to be great. I know I'm better than this."

"All my life I've been an accurate passer," he said. "I've just got to get back to it."
