The big man struggled to find significant minutes in three seasons in Norman. He redshirted in his freshman year after choosing the Sooners over Mizzou in the Class of 2022 as an unranked prospect in 247Sports’ composite rankings.
Northweather appeared in 55 games with no starts over the course of the past two years, playing an average of 10.1 minutes per game. Over the course of those reserve appearances, he has averaged 2.4 points and 1.5 rebounds per game. He has 15 blocks and five steals in his college career.
