United can go frick themselves.
All they are doing is selling tickets to flights they know will never happen and then they will refuse to refund the money.
The outright lied to me on the phone about my flight to Chicago and said we would be refunded. Waited the full 14 business days and called back. Was told I never canceled and missed my flight (no show) and therefore no refund or even credit.
