Cathedral Rock hike might be my favorite hike ever
I hiked it in September. It's a fun one.
I almost died on the Subway hike after getting lost 3 times. I was determined to find and ran out of water the last 1.5 miles in 105 degree heat. I drank half of a 44 oz cup of watered down hot coke when I got back to the car.

The west fork trail of oak Creek canyon is a fantastic hike.
As mentioned, Jerome is a great visit too, with good wineries as well. Oak Creek winery in Cornville is great, as is Stronghold winery in Cottonwood. DA Ranch and page springs wineries in Cornville have very pretty views.
