Recs for 20th anniversary in late February

Looking to take the wife for a long weekend for our 20th. Flying is no issue. Considered New York (possible bad weather) or Florida Keys. Any other recommendations would be appreciated.

We went to San Francisco for 5 or 6 nights for our 25th anniversary but that was 25 years ago. I don't know that I would go there now. However, there are a lot of things to do there both in the city and outside; wine areas, scenic drives up and down the coast, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Monterey. Our anniversary is in February but I think we went in March.
I would look at San Diego or if cooler weather doesn't bother you consider the Vancouver, BC, Canada area.
