Pensacola Beach

Thinking about taking a quick trip to Pensacola next week. Is everything pretty much open there (restaurants, etc)? Does anyone know if Fort Pickens is open as well?

We stayed there first week of August. EVERYTHING was open, AND we went to Fort Pickens one morning for a change of pace. Not only was it open but the Blue Angels were practicing and flying overhead. Way cool.

We camped in Navarre Beach 8-15 to 8-21. Went over to Pensacola Beach on a Thursday to do a 2 hr dolphin cruise, we always go with Jolly Dolphin Tours and I highly recommend them. They use smaller pontoons and never fail to put us on dolphins.
Seemed everything resturant wise was open but some were at 50% capacity. Beaches and shopping were business as usual.

Got here today. About to walk across the street to red Fish blue Fish. Give you an update later this week
