PCR test for travel

Has anyone traveled to destination that requires proof of negative test within last 72 hrs? Please give me some details on how, we are hopefully traveling end of October. Thanks

I went to Puerto Rico last month. Took the test and uploaded the negative result online. Upon arrival they scanned a Q-code from my phone and let me go. No problem. If you don't take the test before they still let you in but tell you to quarantine and take a test there. At first they were providing tests at the airport but not any more.
