How many nights?
You can go "glamping" in Kenai Fjords NP if you like.
Harbor 360 and the Edgewater are in town and right on the water. They're perfect to walk the docks, bar hop and find places to eat Edgewater is right by the Sealife Center.
Angels Rest on Lowell Point is kind of cool. Cabins are available there
Seward Windsong Lodge is off Exit Glacier Road, always enjoyed it there. It's not downtown but it ain't far. More peaceful, scenic.

We stayed a night at Hotel Seward. It's an old hotel with a tiny restaurant that had a good breakfast with reindeer sausage. It came with a 4 hour cruise in Resurrection Bay. That was one of the highlights of the trip. I believe it also came with passes to the Sealife museum.

It's also just a block and a half from my favorite bar in Seward, the Yukon.
