Heading that way for the Fourth of July. Rented a cabin just north of Mountain View. Hoping the caverns nearby will be open to visitors. Not really sure of what else to expect, any recs on things to do/eat in the area. Will be with a 4 and 7 year old

There was a cool podcast about Mountain View called Hell and Gone, about a chick that got murdered there and the locals covered it up. That's all I got...

Go rent a flatbottom boat on the white at Jack's Resort (or any others for that matter)

You'll want to reserve one now, they run about 115 for the day.

Trout fishing is a good time and fairly easy. Ask the locals about bait.

I've been told Loco Ropes is alot of fun. Eventually I'll find out for myself.
