Lake Como Hotel Question

Looking to go to Lake Como (3 nights) as part of a larger Italy trip next April. However, when looking at some of the better properties (Grand Hotel Victoria, Hotel Belvedere, Tremazzo, Bellagio, etc.) don't show any availabilty for April 2026. They actually don't show any 2026 availability at all.
Do these hotels not open for bookings till later? Also looking for hotel suggestions in Veranna, Bellagio, or Menaggio if you got any!
