Is there going to be much to do for Halloween this year in New Orleans?

Thinking about making a trip that weekend, but wanted to get some feedback as far as if there will be live music at multiple places etc. What's the mood with the virus still going as far as compared to normal times?

Still no indoor live music as of today. It’s anyone’s guess whether live music will return by Halloween. City is being very cautious regarding reopening.

If you want to dine in or takeout, you will find restaurants.

Alcohol sales stop at 11 pm.

Here’s the official city info: LINK

You have a higher chance of being a victim of a crime than having a good time on Halloween in New Orleans.
