2 Adults

Looking for a house on the beach and willing to go further east than 30A.

I don't imagine that mid - late Oct should be hard.

I'm sure you guys should have some great recs.

Mid oct is fall break. It’s actually pretty busy on 30a and Destin as well as the other areas. Busier than say mid Sept and late Oct.

With only 2 I’d consider a townhouse on the beach.

Great time of year other than dodging hurricanes.

Try St. George Island. That's about all that remains east of 30-A unless you want to go to Panama City. Mexico Beach was a favorite of mine, but it will be a long time before it's ready for vacationers

St. George Island offers small crowds in a semi secluded location with minimal traffic as you take a toll bridge to get on the island.
