14 days in the Czech Republic would be a lifetime. I love Prague, next to Budapest and Edinburgh there is no place I would prefer in Europe but 14 days is a LOT for Prague. 3-4 would be plenty and throw in 2-3 for Carlsbad and another 2-3 for Munich / Nuremberg for Christmas markets.
Don't discount Prague in the summer though. It is everything London and Paris is without any of the BS. Summer nights in Prague are about as nice as life gets....
