Hard Rock Cabo - Going next week, any recommendations?

Subject speaks for itself. Going next week for a destination wedding. Are there any tips for this all-inclusive resort? Things to do around there that are fun (not golf)? Can I just use cash for everything, or should I hit up Chase bank beforehand to get some pesos?

No advice on the location but you don't need pesos in Cabo.

That location is about 15 min south of the marina. Cabo has a lot to do and see. Don’t limit yourself to the resort. Pesos are not needed but I highly recommend small US dollars 5s and 10s as everyone there conveniently doesn’t have change??. Most places you go will take credit cards. As long as you don’t have foreign transaction fees, this is the way to go. Have them charge you in pesos for the best conversion.

Other than Nobu next door there is nothing to do outside of the resort because you are a good 20 minutes outside of the marina area.
You can't go in the water because you will die. The food was ok, not great. Nobu next door has great restaurants. They did have top shelf liquor, which is a plus for an all inclusive.
Everywhere in Cabo takes US $.
Highly recommend a fishing charter if you have time.
If you like it quiet, Try and stay in the tower to the far north of the property near the adult only pool closest to Nobu.
