Best local Miami beaches

Just moved here. Looking for a nice beach for locals. Preferable with free parking.... also what dog beaches do you recomend?

Try Hallandale Beach in North Miami Beach area. Way less crowded than South Beach.

I'm not a big S. Florida fan, but Hollywood Beach was sort of neat with the boardwalk and the places along that, with sort of a 50s kind of vibe. It's certainly a much different feel than South Beach.
