Best Hotel for catching the South Shore from Chicago to South Bend

I will be heading to South Bend for a wedding at the end of April. So far I have flights booked to Chicago for Thursday evening and I'm planning on taking the first train Friday morning going east to South Bend for the weekend.
My question is, what is my best option for a hotel that would make an easy walk to one of the South Shore train stations?
