re: Airbnb “Single Bedroom” Rentals?

A buddy and I stayed in a shared space just north of Aspen. Initially the owner was a bit chatty and hung out in the space for a little long, but she ended up being super helpful to by giving us a locals perspective on our plans and let our dogs out at lunchtime. In fact, our dogs were running around her house when we got back in the afternoon. She and her husband parked in the driveway and gave us the garage. Overall, it was wonderful and would absolutely go back.

I think it’s a certain type of extroverted person who enjoys sharing their home. Normal people see all the potential pitfalls where these people only see the upside.
