Joe's is definitely on the list. I'd like one badass, cool atmosphere type dinner for our anniversary as well. We are NOT the white table cloth quiet fine dining type.
Other than that we like to wander around, find great live music and sip on whatever is good. Would LOVE to surprise her at some point with a salsa dancing club. 1000% out of my element but that's what it's all about.

It's a long running joke with us but we rarely try to find great steak houses on trips. We both prefer my methods at home, so we chase great seafood/cultural cuisines
