Yealink Work Phone only rings after 3:00pm

I’m reaching out to y’all because our small companies tech support is dogshit.
I’ve had a yealink phone at my house during the pandemic to work remotely if needed. If someone calls the office it rings like I was there and I can buzz my coworkers at their other locations just like we used to in the office.
The problem started after hurricane Sally. My phone now will only ring after 3:00 pm. It doesn’t make any sense. I guess my toddler could have pushed some buttons but I can’t figure this shite out. I’ve reset the router and phone a bunch. Anyone got a clue?
