I forgot my password after 30 yrs. I haven't found a number that I feel is legit. They eventually ask me to scan my driver license. When I say it was never needed to sign up, we get disconnected. Does anyone know a legitimate number to reset a password?

I used to have several yahoo accounts to keep track of sign ups by category. They shut all but 1 down and want $ to unlock them. Online contacts only.
One of the accounts I used to register for my health insurance and now the insurance portal doesn’t recognize me as logging in since requires a random code email to the original address even after updating my account. I can’t do any insurance things like utilize the app for transportation or get specific details.
ETA:
Another account they closed is the one I registered here with. I have no email account that requires payment or verification and would not be able to register here now.
