Yahoo Election Notifications

Any idea on how I can stop getting Yahoo election notifications on my iphone? I want to receive actual email notifications but not anything related to the damn election. Quick google search was worthless

Go to that app in your iPhone settings and turn off notifications.

That’s the thing, I still need to receive notifications when an email comes across... But I haven’t found a way to specifically turn off their election notifications (which aren’t emails)

There may be an option in your Yahoo app settings. I don’t have the app so unfortunately I’m not much of a help. Typically, if apps do this, they will give you an option for what type of notifications you wish to receive.

I've been trying to figure out the same thing. SO f'ing annoying. If most of my accounts werent tied to my yahoo account, I would delete it

Found it.. Tap on your avatar on the top left of the app. It will open your account, then choose settings>notifications>scroll down and deselect breaking news and daily brief
