Xfer iPhone music into MacBook Pro

Possible without having to subscribe to some 3rd party app, or Apple Music? I’ve searched and have not found a good option - anyone know how? iTunes is not available for newer MacBooks.

Have you tried Apple Music? Apple Music is a music and video streaming service. Music can be synced between Apple devices and computer.
