I have a CNC machine that uses a USB thumb drive in the controller to load programs. I would like to send the programs to the USB drive over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth instead of sneakernet.

Is there such a device?

Yes, but will your CNC recognize it is the better question

That is a pretty cool device.

I think the odds are that the CNC will recognize the drive if it typically recognizes USB 2.0 devices.

The next question is how does it get the data from the drive? Is it a menu that reads the drive or does it pull a specific file from the drive when it is plugged in. I would assume you can pick from a menu but have seen devices that do just pick a specific file when it sees a device plugged in.
