Wireless CarPlay Adapters

Anyone have experience with these devices? I have a Pioneer AVH-3300NEX installed in my 2003 Porsche. Most of the adapters I see online are for OEM CarPlay in newer cars. Are there any suitable for the aftermarket system I have?

I have one of them from Amazon, most of them are the same shite. Basically stealing the software that runs it and selling their own version of it. China doing China things. There is a big thread about them on macrumors. Never used it on an aftermarket system, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work on it. Get one of Amazon and return if it doesn’t.
