Wireless Android Auto in a Ford

I have ford sync 3 and as far as I know it doesn't support wireless Android auto. I've seen adapters on Amazon but a lot of them don't have good reviews. Any recs for a wireless adapter?

I bought this one and it worked well, except for some inconsistency in connecting. I think this was mostly due to the fact that my car keeps power to the USB at all times. There was a setting to accommodate for this, but it didn't work well in my experience. I need to try it out again and see if they've pushed firmware to correct.
