So I got some smart bulbs for outside can lights. Lifx from best buy which work great. Only issue I have is that the bulb furthest out is having issues catching wifi. Will an extender work If I place one in garage?

My wifi is now in my entertainment center in living room and the light is on the southeast corner of house. If I had to guess, about 55 feet away.

If it’s just a small area that needs it, you could get the Amplifi Meshpoint. It can connect to third party routers.

Don't know how the LIFX bulbs work, but the Philips Hue bulbs each act as repeaters for the next bulb.

The Lifx work independent of each other. Tried the Hue’s and they were a nightmare
