I'm looking for a WiFi extender that will let me see the IP address of devices connected to it. What are good models to accomplish this? I understand that most WiFi extenders only let you see the extender IP address and not the devices attached to it. Make sense?

In theory, you should be able to see that info on your router, as extender is connected to the wifi and your router is doing dhcp

But can I see the device that's connected to the extender?

Does router have ability to show “column” for connections or view settings?

I have a TP-Link Deco Mesh system which will do that.

I have 3 units - a main unit upstairs where the service comes into the house, and 2 extendrers downstairs.

The TP-Link app will show which devices are connected to each unit as well as IP address info and usage in real time.
There are desktop versions and fire alarm style ceiling mountable as well.
