Which LLM lets me give it a big document library and chat with me based on the contents?

I’m sure there are multiple.
I’m thinking trained on the internet but answering based on my docs without them training itself on my docs and letting the world then know my data.
I’m thinking Bing Chat Enterprise.

With Bing Chat you can give it a document, but I don't think it can handle a library. This is one of the things Microsoft 365 Copilot is supposed to be built for though. That is scheduled for release in November. LINK /
